About Thyme Therapy

At Thyme Therapy, I support women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who they are becoming. Many of us reach a point in life where we feel invisible — unheard, unseen, or lost beneath roles, expectations, and the needs of others. I understand what it’s like to try to find your voice again, to slowly reconnect with who you are now, not who you were expected to be.

My counselling approach is gentle, practical, and deeply human. There is no pressure to have the right words or to “hold it together.” This is a space where you can soften your shoulders, let out the breath you’ve been holding, and be met with warmth and understanding.

I offer telehealth counselling Australia-wide, giving you the freedom to connect from wherever feels safe — your living room, your car, your quiet place outside. You don’t have to travel, perform, or show up in any way other than how you are today.

About Me

I understand what it’s like to move through life feeling unseen — to hold so much for others that your own voice grows quiet in the background. My own journey of slowing down, listening inward, and finding my voice again shapes how I show up as a counsellor today.

I hold a Bachelor of Counselling and provide therapy that is gentle, down-to-earth and focused on real life — not quick fixes, pressure, or perfection. I bring a calm, grounded presence to our sessions, offering space for honesty, softness, and steady support.
