This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can share what’s been happening for you, ask questions, and explore whether counselling feels right for you.

1:1 Telehealth Session — $120 (50 minutes)
A gentle, consistent space to work through anxiety, overwhelm, and identity shifts.

In-person Session in Gympie (Tuesdays) $120 (50 minutes)

I now offer limited in-person counselling sessions in Gympie for women seeking a calm, private space to talk face-to-face.

3-Session Support Pack — $320
A structured starting point for women wanting clarity and confidence.

TELEHEALTH – AUSTRALIA-WIDE

All sessions are delivered via secure telehealth (all you need is a phone or computer with video and audio), allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home. You may choose to attend sessions wherever you feel safest — with a cuppa, a blanket, or your dog beside you.
