Women's Counselling in Gympie & Online Across Australia

For women navigating life transitions, identity change, grief and emotional overwhelm

Private | Supportive | Gympie (inperson) | Australia-wide Telehealth

Hi, I’m Kate — Counsellor & Founder of Thyme Therapy

At Thyme Therapy, I offer compassionate, person-centred counselling for women in Gympie and throughout Australia via secure telehealth.

Life can change in ways we don't always expect. You may be navigating anxiety, grief, relationship changes, shifting family roles, a major life transition, or simply feeling like you've lost your sense of yourself.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to work through it alone. Thyme Therapy offers a quiet, supportive space to pause, reflect, understand what you're experiencing and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Online Counselling Across Australia

All sessions are delivered via secure telehealth (all you need is a phone or computer with video and audio), allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home. You may choose to attend sessions wherever you feel safest — with a cuppa, a blanket, or your dog beside you.

How I Can Support You

Thyme Therapy supports women who are navigating:

🌿Separation and relationship changes

🌿Grief, loss, and emotional regulation

🌿Identity shifts during midlife

🌿Emotional overwhelm and burnout

🌿Anxiety and ongoing stress

🌿Changes in family roles and life direction

Many women arrive feeling uncertain, disconnected from themselves, or emotionally exhausted

after years of caring for others. Counselling offers a supportive space to pause, reflect and gently

reconnect with who you are beneath the roles you’ve carried.

HOW TO GET STARTED

  1. Book a confidential session online

  2. Attend your session via secure telehealth or in person
