I work with NDIS participants to support emotional wellbeing, coping strategies, confidence, and everyday functioning.

Support:

I support women who may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Life transitions such as separation, divorce, or identity changes

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Low confidence or feeling “stuck”

  • Difficulties managing stress and emotions

Topics That May Be Explored

Sessions can focus on capacity building and emotional wellbeing, including:

  • Emotional regulation strategies

  • Increasing awareness of anxiety patterns and emotional responses

  • Building confidence and self-awareness

  • Developing coping strategies for daily life

  • Supporting healthy boundaries and communication skills

  • Self-managed participants

  • Plan-managed participants

I am currently an unregistered NDIS provider.

Kate Gwilliam is a qualified counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling (AIPC) and a Level 2 of the Australian Counselling Association.

  • Limited in-person sessions available in Gympie

  • 60-minute appointments
