I work with NDIS participants to support emotional wellbeing, coping strategies, confidence, and everyday functioning.

Thyme Therapy provides professional counselling services to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Counselling supports participants to build emotional well-being, resilience, coping skills, confidence, and the capacity to work towards their personal goals.

Capacity building supports:

  • Managing anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation

  • Building confidence and self-esteem

  • Improving social and communication skills

  • Adjusting to a diagnosis or disability

  • Building independence and daily living skills
