At Thyme Therapy, counselling is a space for women to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. You may be navigating anxiety, overwhelm, grief, relationship changes, or a quiet sense that you’ve lost who you are. Counselling offers a supportive and confidential space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface — at your pace.
Sessions are gentle, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences. Together, we work to build self-understanding, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of identity so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
If you’re unsure where to start, I offer a free 20-minute phone call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share a little about what’s going on, and see if we feel like the right fit.
Appointments are available via telehealth, with face-to-face sessions offered in Gympie on Tuesdays.
